1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wk44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wk44 website at https://wk44.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support facilities.

By accessing any part of the wk44 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm unequivocally that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the wk44 platform.

wk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, wk44 will notify registered players via the contact email associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The wk44 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. wk44 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on wk44.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of wk44 or any of its affiliated technology or gaming partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wk44 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation with which wk44 cooperates.
• You have not previously had a wk44 account closed for breach of these Terms.

wk44 actively enforces its age restriction policy. All players are required to complete identity verification — using a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — before the first withdrawal is processed. wk44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of a player's account lifecycle. Accounts where the player is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately, and any funds in the account will be returned to the source of the original deposit after applicable investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of wk44 services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible players across Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

One account per player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one wk44 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Where two accounts are found to belong to the same individual, wk44 will retain the earlier-registered account and close all subsequent ones, subject to investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. wk44 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features and using a unique, strong password for your wk44 account.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Contact wk44 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• wk44 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence accompanied by a recent utility bill showing your current address. wk44 may request updated KYC documentation at any time and reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

wk44 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in BDT, and player account balances are displayed and maintained in BDT at all times.

Accepted payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the wk44 cashier. The general minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.

Deposits via mobile banking are credited to the player's wk44 wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. wk44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must be sent from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits from accounts registered under a different name will be reversed and returned to the source account, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Processed promptly; typically reflected in the player's mobile wallet within a short timeframe following approval.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Processed within standard banking hours; transfer times depend on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

wk44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players will be notified via their registered email or live chat if such a review is required. wk44 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment providers, banking intermediaries, or incomplete KYC documentation on the player's side.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

wk44 operates a daily-first bonus system designed to reward players who engage with the platform regularly. Promotions are refreshed at midnight BST (UTC+6) each day and may include welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, login streak rewards, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures.

All bonuses offered by wk44 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion at the point of opt-in:

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus carries a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be completed before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated clearly for each offer.
• Expiry window: Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time window (typically 7 days from the point of crediting, unless otherwise specified).
• Eligible games: Not all games on the wk44 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution schedule is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: wk44 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, and systematic exploitation of specific games during a bonus period. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited.

wk44 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any modification will be honoured under the terms that applied at the point of opt-in, provided the promotion has not been withdrawn entirely for compliance or operational reasons.

6. Betting and Casino Rules

All betting and casino activity on wk44 is subject to the rules of the specific market, game, or event in question, as published in the relevant game or sports-betting help documentation on the platform. The following general rules apply across all wk44 products.

Sports betting: Odds are offered subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked. Settlement of bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result being reversed after initial settlement, wk44 will re-settle all affected bets accordingly. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the original settlement date.

Live in-play betting: wk44 offers ball-by-ball in-play betting markets for cricket matches including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international series. In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay to mitigate latency arbitrage. wk44 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event for operational, data integrity, or compliance reasons.

Casino and RNG games: All casino games on the wk44 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or certified live dealer game streams. Game outcomes are independent of previous results; no betting system or strategy can guarantee a profit over time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are made available in the help documentation for each game.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and casino games and are displayed within each game or market interface. wk44 reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly in cases of sustained high-value winning activity or identified risk patterns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the wk44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and notification of relevant authorities where legally required.

• Underage access: Attempting to register or access wk44 while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.
• False identity: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one wk44 account, regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or promotional competitions hosted on wk44.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in ways not supported by the standard player interface.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine play.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a wk44 account.
• Money laundering: Using the wk44 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. wk44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or manipulate any part of the wk44 platform, its game software, its payment infrastructure, or its security systems.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at wk44 support staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

wk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required for compliance, legal, or operational reasons.

In the event of an account suspension, the player will be notified at their registered email address. During the suspension period, the player's access to depositing, betting, casino games, and withdrawals will be restricted. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the breach will be forfeited. Any real-money balance that was not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment account.

Voluntary account closure. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement — may do so at any time by contacting the wk44 support team via live chat. Real-money balances will be refunded to the player's registered payment account following identity verification. Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately and are treated with full confidentiality. Dormant accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. wk44 will attempt to notify the player via their registered email before any inactivity fees are applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to betting or gaming activity. Nothing in these Terms limits wk44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the wk44 platform should be raised first with the wk44 customer support team, who will aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, further dispute escalation options will be communicated by the support team in writing.
